Originally ordered 38cm for my wife’s gravel bike but found them to be a bit narrow. Specialized paid for the return shipping which couldn’t be easier. Ordered 40cm bars and my wife finds the shape very comfortable and the 15mm rise perfect.

Allowed an older rider to still be able ride on the drops!

Given that you have done through the proper bike fit, It’s an excellent handle bar if you’re less flexible. It’s also good if you enjoy endurance rides as it lets you sit a little bit higher on the hoods. It also allows you to stay on the drops and more aero for a longer period. Especially if you have an endurance bike.

The addition of my handlebars has not only changed the look Of my bike but it changed the way I ride.

I purchased these bars to fine tune a bike fit on a smaller frame and they have done the job perfectly. Aside from that, they have excellent ergonomic properties on the drops and especially on the tops with a great profile for you to grip onto during tough climbs. They also look awesome and really lend an aggressive look to the front of the bike. These are the 4th set of bars I have fitted to this bike and they will be the last. Would definitely consider the carbon version when I upgrade bikes.

My Creo came with Hover Alloy Bars plus Flare. They weren't right for me. I ride 60% on the tops and 40% on the hoods. I needed a bar with a more comfortable diameter top to take pressure off my hands without having to wrap them with layers of padding. Tyler at my local specialized shop in Connecticut recommended and installed these bars and they are absolutely perfect. Great comfort on long rides.

Great handlebars and good service with timely shipping!

This resolved a stack height issue i had. The only problem i have, and its a very minor one is the corner is a little low, my hands have a tendency want to slip off. Bar tape is Fabric Knurl type so its definitely not a grip issue. I wonder if the gravel flare one hasthe ergo flat top, i would get that one too if it is.

This is a very comfortable bar with a nice shallow drop and shallow reach. A big improvement over my current bar that was a struggle to reach the hoods. The flatter ergo tops are nice too. The only drawback of the hover is that it is a little more difficult to wrap the cables.
