MONUMENTS CHASING WORLD CHAMPION
Julian Alaphilippe

Now double World Champion, Frenchman Julian Alaphilippe will aim big again this year. First big goal of the season: Milan San Remo where the World Champion will find his best enemies. Then, his preparation will be heading to Belgium where Julian will try to remove the oldest of the classics Liège-Bastogne-Liège, a race which has eluded him for a few years. The puncher of the Quick-Step Alpha Vinyl team should then chase the stages on the Tour de France, before defending his title of World Champion at the end of the season...

TIME TO SHINE ON A GRAND TOUR
Remco Evenepoel

Wearer of the white jersey for several days on the last Giro, Remco Evenepoel will try his luck this time on the Vuelta. In lack of preparation last year due to a pelvis injury, the young Belgian should this time play the leading roles until the end in a race more open than the Tour de France.

A STAR IN A FRENCH TEAM
Peter Sagan

Jean-René Bernaudeau's team can count on a team tailored to the classics. Among experienced riders with monuments wins (Niki Terpstra and Peter Sagan, both winners of Paris-Roubaix and the Tour of Flanders) and the rise of Anthony Turgis, very prominent on the Flandrian classics, the collective can aim big. Peter Sagan will aim to win a 3rd monument and an 8th Green Jersey on the roads of the Tour de France.
