Fast Trak Control 2Bliss Ready

Delivery Icon

We deliver! Just say when and how.

Where speed and trail tough cut-resistance intersect, you'll find our Fast Trak Control 2Bliss Ready tire. It takes the legendary tread design of the Fast Trak a step further by manipulating each knob with FE Analysis. Paired with extensive rider feedback and design experience, the result is a tire with less rolling resistance and more traction, all in a lightweight package. And to set it over the top for XC racers, it also features our Control casing that boosts cut-resistance by 15% compared to the S-Works version.

Great rear tire

Great rear tire. This specific version is very fast rolling. However, it does struggle in loose over hard. I've washed out a few times with a 2.6 up front. I replaced my rear with a newer fast trak t5 with control casing (i had grid before). The new t5 feels like it rolls slower, but has much more traction. The t5 rubber feels much softer and the knobs are bit higher. I would go with the t5.

Very fast rolling, nimble and low rolling resistance!

This appears to be pre-Gripton (60a) but the deal (on sale) was sweet for a set on a 2021 Santa Cruz 5010 with 27.5x2.2 setup both front and rear. This isn't a heavy duty downhiller on singletrack at the moment (my S-Works Stumpy 29 is). It's used almost daily and on my 10-20 mile exercise routing on a trail that is a mix of pavement, dirt and tree/leaves debris. Rolls fast, holds tight and flips over easily with confidence on the turns! Even when it was wet (granted not raining and no large puddles) it still held very well.
