I replaced both tubes and I feel the stability right away. Also, don’t have to fill with air as often. Win/Win.

I wouldn’t put these in all my bike tires but if you want something with heavy duty puncture resistance these are the way to go!

I ride a mix of gravel and single track with lots of sharp rocks, wood splinters, etc. In the past, I averaged 4-5 patches per tire per year. Once I switched to Specialized Thornproof, I didn't have to change or patch a tire for over a year... Including after riding the NC BWR race (historically a race with lots of mechanicals). In the end the only thing that finally caused a puncture this year was a 1 inch long razor sharp wood nail pointing straight up on trail... And they still held up long enough for me to get home with nail in place... These are amazing. I'll never ride with anything else again.

Has worked great in my electric bicycle for the last two weeks. Has kept air better than tubes I had bought at Walmart. Used it paired with a new Specialized “Armadillo” (puncture-protection built-in) tire, as well. All in all, grateful that the experience for my electric bicycle got the point of knowing that the tube and tire are reliable. Issues with previous tubes were with the stem, which would not fully pass through the hole of my wheel, leading to issues. The thinner Presta stem of this product has not had this issue, whatsoever. Furthermore, my bicycle’s back-wheel used to “creak,” likely because of loose spokes (when testing via pushing pairs together by hand this was true). However, since installing the tube and tire from Specialized one side effect is that my wheels creaking changed from hearing it many times during a single ride to rarely hearing creaking.

Good quality item. Will buy another one for my second bike.

I ride technical trails in Arizona. Sharp rocks and thorns are the norm. So far these have held up to all the abuse. Worth every penny. The only downside is the extra weight. These are heavy duty!
