Who qualifies for the Pro Program?

The Specialized Pro Program is for cycling industry professionals and Specialized partner companies. You can apply for the program if you have been referred by a Specialized employee. Applying for the program does not guarantee approval.

What do I need to become a Pro?

You will need to provide your work email address, Specialized employee referral and a brief statement on why you should be considered for our Pro Program.

How do I log into the Pro website?

After your application is approved and you have received our welcome email, log in to the Pro Program and follow steps from the welcome email to set up your password if it is your first time logging in on Specialized.com.

When should I expect a response to my application?

Please allow 10 days to receive a response and check your spam folder if you have not seen our email response. If you have not received an email after 10 days, please contact us at [email protected].

How often do I need to reapply for the Pro Program?

Your pro account will expire one year from approval. You will receive a notification email the month prior to expiration with information on how to reapply.

Can I get my entire company signed up for the Pro Program?

Our Pro Program is for individuals that have been referred by Specialized Employee. The application you received is only for you.

Can I purchase gifts for someone else on my pro account?

No. Your account is for you only. Purchasing gifts will result in termination of your account. Refer friends and family to Specialized.com, Specialized stores or an authorized retailer.

Are All Items Discounted?

If you do not see your discount on a product, it is not currently available at the discounted price. You may still purchase the item, but at full price. Newly launched products may not be available at the discounted price.

If I Purchase A Bike, Will I Be Expected To Pay An Assembly Fee?

No, your bike will be pre-built at the DC before shipping and minimal assembly is required at home. If you choose to take your bike into a store, additional fees will apply.

    4. FedEx Overnight $19.99 (not available for weekend delivery)

The most accurate way to determine the shipping you will be charged is to place the items that you want in your cart and proceed with the checkout process. You will be shown the total price including shipping before the order is placed.

Do You Offer A Warranty On Product Purchased Through The Pro Program?

Yes we do. For all product warranties, please contact our Rider Care Team at [email protected]. Our warranty does not include damage caused by wear and tear.

Do You Offer Returns?

Yes. See our return policy for product returns and exchanges. As a reminder, all Pro Program product inquiries go directly through Specialized. Do not bring items to Specialized Authorized Retail locations for warranties, returns, or exchanges.
