Great, light comfortable bar.

I upgraded the alloy bar that came on my Epic before it left the shop, having switched to carbon bars many bikes ago. I have the earlier graphics on mine with the big 'S-Works' which look better IMHO. The bar is very comfortable, with a good degree of rake and rise and suits my style of riding perfectly with a flipped stem for a negative overall rise. My only tiny, inconsequential gripe is that the textured stem grip in the centre of the bar isn't. well. centred. It's about 5mm biased to the right. My OCD isn't so bad that I can't handle it, but a $300 bar should be symmetrical.

I replaced the original aluminum

I replaced the original aluminum version on my '16 Stumpy HT after 7k. I was hoping for a slight improvement in comfort , but to my surprise the difference is significant. Highly recommended.

Nice light bar saved about

Nice light bar saved about a 100g from the alloy. Nice subdued markings. Granulated grip area around the stem connection. Stealth finished to match my epic expert frame. Soaks up some of the chatter when running the Brain on firm. Not disappointed, but it’s a little pricey and was hard to get. Missed the first email about them being in stock.

Meh. Sloppy quality

It's meh. Weighs 180. They put the QR scan code right in the middle of the bar. So you get to look at that. Other companies don't put it right on the bar. I would return it but instead selling and going with Ritchey. I have a lot of s-works stuff and quality just seems to be dropping.

I did'nt realy like em so much.

The looks and design are boring an plain. The logo that says S-Works is hardly visible and the extra grip in the middle looks like sand paper and it feels likensand paper. The over all feel of it is not so fancy as the price is. It is highly over priced. I bough it because i wanted to see if they met my expectations knowing these come on woth the new XC bike and thats what I have but my XC bike is a 2011 model. I bought a Carbon SLR Contact by GIANT and i put it on my new 2020 Stumpjumper and it is way so mich better than this $180 S-Works and I only spent $70.00 on amazon for them. Im gonna see is the store accept the return of these S-Works.

Huge Upgrade From Alloy Mini-Rise

I bought my epic hardtail in December and had been having huge issues with hand and arm fatigue in the middle And after my rides. After 4 rides of 2 hours each, I haven't had a single issue. I don't have to constantly keep taking my hands off the handlebars to stretch them out and everything feels great. I've unfortunately already tested their durability as well and they held up with no issues. I took a spill at 20 MPH on the handlebar as my tire got washed going down some loose gravel. No scratches and nothing was noticeable. I'd highly highly highly recommend these bars. They're light, strong, and beyond comfortable even on a hardtail going down incredibly bumpy terrain.
