There are two types of personal trainers in the world—drill sergeants and cheerleaders. The Roll Elite is the latter kind, in bicycle form—kindly inspiring you to get out and break a sweat.

With its lightweight alloy frame and fork, eight speeds of "go fast" gearing, stable and wide 27.5 tires, and powerful Tekgtro hydraulic disc brakes, the Roll does everything in its power to encourage and motivate you to keep fit in comfortable, efficient style.

  • Wide diameter, 650bx2.3" Nimbus Sport tires provide excellent traction, stability, and cushioning, which creates a safer, more reliable, and more comfortable ride on either paved or dirt roads.

  • Equipped with our Body Geometry "The Cup" saddle, you can expect a supreme level of comfort anywhere you take the Roll. It delivers on these expectations by "cupping" your sit bones, which reduces pressure without feeling obtrusive or constraining.

  • A spring suspension seatpost takes the sting out of rough terrain, giving you an extra bit of "cushion" that'll have you riding longer and more comfortably.

Great bike (With Upgraded Components)

I replaced the drive train and brakes all with Shimano components including a Shimano Claris road cassette, Deore XT derailleurs XT crank and pedals and SLX brakes. This is what the Roll Elite should have been from the factory, but alas, the price point would have put it in a different class. It is an awesome FAST bike! I love it!

Amazing !!! But swap your air caps first

I love this bike. From the first ride it as been amazing. Comfortable like a cruiser, durable like a MTB and fun to ride. My only complaint is that on my second ride out I was stranded with a flat tire due to the faulty, fancy valve caps. They are supposed to tell you when the tire needs air but mine simply leaked out air. Put on regular caps and everything was perfect.

Perfect Purchase!

After not riding road bikes for some 10 years, I decided for health reasons to get back into biking. At age 65, road bikes we're not going to fit my lifestyle. I did some looking and decided on the Roll Elite. Caught it on sale at Speciazed, bought online and shipped to my local dealer, Bayou Bicycles. They received the bike assembled lt, notified me it's ready. I picked it up and started riding. It's lite, smooth, comfy, and I love the fresh air.

Love this bike.

Ride to work and with my daughter. Replaced my 25 year old crossroads. Bought the elight to get the aluminum forks and hydraulic disc brakes. Absolute love them. Also the elight came in an awesome black. I love riding my bike. Sit up high and traffic easily sees me. Can travel at a good rate of speed. So glad I purchased this bike. The upgrade was well worth the money. Bought the roll because I really felt that I did not need shocks. Almost all bikes outside of road bikes come with shocks.

Love my Roll Elite!

Last year I bought a Crossroads Sport and my wife bought the Roll. After a season of riding I sold my Crossroads to buy the Roll Elite. I'm glad I did. Its more stable and comfortable. Love the gears and brakes. We ride mostly on bike trails and the tow path in Cuyahoga Valley National Park.

I love it and I need one more for my wife!!

I purchased this bike a month ago and I love it! It is totally different then my previous bike with the fat tires, upright stance and the disk brakes are amazing. My old bike was great my as I got older neck and shoulder pain made riding a flat bar, skinny tire bike a chore instead of fun, with the Roll my problem is solved
