Sick

Rode this bike for 2 years, super sick. Crashed hard and it stood up, it's easy to whip and it has some sick parts. Would really recommend to any joeys.

Nice bike overall but overpriced

Nice bike overall but overpriced for the spec in my opinion. The geometry is more modern/aggressive without being too big of a leap from a more entry level bike.

Love it

Got this after being off mountain bikes for about 10 years. This bike is so much better than my last bike, a full suspension from 2004. Everything on the bike works great, I've been beating on it and it is tough as nails.

Good bike, Steer tube cut too short

The bike seems pretty good. The steer tube is cut too short. If in a crash or accidently turn the handlebars too much, part of the brakes may scrape, hit, dent your top tube, depending on what angle you have your brakes adjusted to. Now I have to spend extra time and money trying to raise the handlebars another 10 mm. Really nobody noticed this at Specialized? The SRAM brake clamps clamping onto the handlebars, are a big square chunk of metal with a bolt. They are ugly. Could have speced with with something nicer.

Beautiful, hard tail. Climbs everything

Beautiful, hard tail. Climbs everything and easily maintains traction over everything from curbs to rocks and roots. Geometry is best since the early Spec hard tails. The derailer, the upgraded wheels, disc brakes, light frame are all
