Best bike

I have had my specialized crosstrail 3 years. I bought it used and have to ride about 6 miles a day to work and home. I have the hydraulic brakes but otherwise it's the same bike 28 rims and the set up makes this a very fast bike. I am 6'5" and this bike is perfect for taller people. I love how far it will coast coming off a downhill . And on flat roads it's so easy to keep up with anyone. I have had many high-end bikes and even a custom built but this specialized is the fastest and smoothest bike I have even been on. If your trying to figure out what bike to get. Get this one you will be a fan and potentially save yourself lots of money

8 year together - still in love on any road

After 8 years of hanging out on different terrains and over 15,000 km, it still looks good and has had no repairs other than the annual service. I highly recommend this bike!

My new crosstrail bicycle

I bought my crosstrail bicycle from Angus Cycle hub in my hometown of Arbroath as a recycled bike for ,£175.00 and it feels like a brand new bicycle it's a smooth ride and it picks up speed very quickly so I would recommend this product to anyone.

Unbelievable value

This bike has done 30 miles a day commute for 7 years and is still an absolute joy to ride. It's been through several chainsets, pedals, chains and brake pads, however the frame, forks, wheels and gears are still going strong. That's 54,700 miles and it's still a beast. It's a shame they discontinued this line as it's possibly the best value-for-money item I've ever bought.

Bike Beautiful

I've been riding this Crosstrail for about five years, but really devoted time during the pandemic. I love this bike. I've crashed it, rode it hard on trails and crummy city streets (LA). I'm usually in 3/4-8 on streets and it's enough to keep up with some dedicated street bikes and those very thin tires. But you can never take those bikes where I take the Crosstrail.

A good compromise bike...

This is a very good utility bike. I appreciate the suspension fork in harsher terrain. I do not tire as easily as with a rigid forked bike. The gear sets are a great mix for steep hills and flat roads. The workmanship is very good.

husband loves it so much he always ""borrows"" it

I've had this bike about 5 year I have long legs so have the mens large. I love it not a trail bike for me but we have dirt roads and this is fine I prefer it on the pavement though. My husband is constantly ""borrowing"" it very annoying he has some expensive Zaskar thingy but likes this better so he really uses it more pavement, trails, fire roads. The top of the front suspension cover with the switch just broke off or rather is missing so that's why I'm on website looking for that part and thought to put my review in.

Love this bike!

I use this bike for a daily commute through Korea about 10 miles per day. It's comfortable, fun to ride, handles well on the road or dirt path. I am a tall guy with long arms and legs I bought the XL, and it fits me better than any bike I've Egbert owned before.
