Cannibal Grid Gravity 2Bliss Ready T9

Delivery Icon

We deliver! Just say when and how.

The world’s fastest riders are always hungry for more traction. So when Loïc Bruni, Finn Iles, and Chris Grice from the Gravity team reached out to us to develop a mountain bike tire to tame World Cup Downhill tracks, we cooked up something that will satisfy even the most aggressive appetites. We completely redesigned the Cannibal tread pattern, integrating our super-sticky GRIPTON® T9 compound with a high-volume casing that brings superior control to any terrain. Staggered shoulder blocks maximize cornering stability, and large center braking blocks bite aggressively into the ground. Engineered to the design specifications of our riders, the Cannibal balances weight and durability with GRID Gravity casing for Enduro, Downhill, and Park riding. The Cannibal delivers the unbeatable combination of grip, confidence, and control to devour any track.

Cannibal T9

fast order and delivery, rubber compound is soft and grippy, softer than a maxxterra, great traction in the corners and riding back to back with an assegai can hardly tell the difference. braking performance is good on the front too, matched with a butcher on the rear gives a good balance of speed and grip with predictable break out on the rear of you like to ride steeezy.

Dinner Party

When conditions in Tahoe and the High Sierra get loose, this is my go to tire. Predictable, durable, and an amazing price.

One of the best tires out there!

Just some background information: I'm 13, 6.0' and 63 kgs and live in Victoria (Aus). As a more gravity-orientated rider, I needed a slightly thicker set of tires compared to the factory (Bontrager) XR5's which came standard on the bike. If you are big and strong, fitting these tires would probably be pretty easy, but I definitely needed some help to fit them. Otherwise, they are pretty quick rolling tires (considering I basically came off Minion DHRII's in the XR5's), with tons of grip for a 2.4" and also an ultra thick, protective casing. It would be nice to have a Grid Trail option for the front as 1400g is a bit on the heavy side, but for a proper DH tire they don't feel TOO heavy. Ultra grippy and protective tire for gravity-orientated riders, but probably a little bit overkill for a trail bike. Definitely would recommend, and will probably come back to these again.

Send it on a budget

Banging DH tyre, loads of grip, super soft & haven't had flat/tear yet. Also a nice touch that my wallet doesn't cry every timee I have to buy a new pair.

Insane grip

This tire beats out the maxxis Assegai and DHF in terms of grip. Braking is excellent as well, I haven't found something this tire isn't good at. Paired with a butcher in the rear gives a good balance of more grip up front and a little less in rear for some nice slide control.
