Men's Specialized/Fjällräven Rider's Hybrid Shorts

I've had two intense crashes recently (unfortunately), and the FJ/Specialized collab shorts and pants have proven to be the sturdiest bottoms I've enter owned in 28 years of mountain biking. One crash was on singletrack on an extremely rocky trail. . . slid for about 8 feet of forest, not even a mark on the shorts. Then, I was riding through town on a very old bike, and my drivetrain locked up. . . I went out of control into a parked car and its sideview mirror. I exploded the sideview mirror, scraped up my knee and it took a week to heal all the bruising. . . the pants had a tiny white mark of car paint, but no damage whatsoever from the car or pavement I slid on after. This collaboration has a quality that has not existed in the sport since Swobo was making shorts.

Love there shorts. They fit perfectly, material is thin and comfortable. Best over shorts I have ever used and I have many from other makers. There’s are far superior to bc all my other over shorts. I wore them on PBP last year and on all my long rides since. Great pockets to.

These are great shorts. They run true to size. Not the most breathable, but definitely great for MTB or anything else. Plenty of pocket space. Get all three colors….

I got one color… ended up buying all three. Great quality, comfortable and better priced than the rest of the shorts in this quality tier. Get them !

Awesome shorts! Streachy fabric on back and durable on front

With this wonderful fitting, great looking piece, you can wear it to work after cycling to get there! Then go out afterwards and still not look or smell bad!

I really hope this collaboration gets restocked or revived. Huge fan of every product from the line up. The shorts are so comfortable.

I loved them so much I got all three colors. They fit great, not too tight or loose. Really lightweight too. I'll buy more if they have new colors.

These are super comfortable, both on the trail and in day-to-day wearing. Honestly, there every bit as good as the trousers.

Comfortable lightweight cycling shorts which stop above the knee, which are difficult to find elsewhere! Using with padded undershorts, riding a Diverge Elite. I had to buy one size smaller (34) than the size chart suggested (36), as the waist was too large.

The Specialized/Fjällräven line offer durable products for the bike and rider. I have gear for both and use it all of the time both on and off of the trail.

Fantastic shorts. Stretchy where they need to be, super comfortable. Great storage including zipped pockets and two larger cargo pockets with stud fixings. I’ve been wearing bib shorts underneath and they seem to be fairly breathable. I do wish there were some more colour options available though.
