Who qualifies for the Pro Program?


The Specialized Pro Program is for cycling and outdoor industry professionals, Specialized strategic partners, affiliates and approved brand ambassadors. You can apply for the program using the form on this page if you or your company has been selected as one of our Pro Program partners. Applying for the program does not guarantee approval.


What do I need to become a Pro?


You will need to provide your work email address (if joining as part of a company), Specialized employee referral and a brief statement on why you are applying for our Pro Program.


What conditions do I have as a Pro Program Member?


With your membership, you get 15% discount on bikes, 40% discount on apparel and equipment and a 25% discount on Roval Components.


How do I log into the Pro website?


After your application is approved and you have received our welcome email, log in to the Pro Program and follow steps from the welcome email to set up your password if it is your first time logging in on Specialized.com.


When should I expect a response to my application?


Please allow 1-4 working days to receive a response and check your spam folder if you have not seen our email response. If you have not received an email after 10 days, please contact us at [email protected].


How often do I need to reapply for the Pro Program?


Your pro account will expire one year from approval. You will receive a notification email the month prior to expiration with information on how to reapply.


How can I get my company or organization signed up for the Pro Program?


If your company or organization serves the cycling or outdoor community and is interested in membership to the Pro Program, please email [email protected] to discuss details and eligibility.


Can I purchase gifts for someone else on my pro account?


All items purchased through this program are intended for personal use only, purchasing gifts using your account will result in its termination.


Are All Items Discounted?


If you do not see your discount on a product, it is not currently available at the discounted price. You may still purchase the item, but at full price. Newly launched products are excluded at the discounted price for 120 days from the day they were launched.


Are there limits to purchases through the Pro Program?


Purchases are limited to £3400* of equipment and apparel, and £3400 in Roval Components per year. *The purchase limit is based on the original price of the product, not the discounted price.
Bikes are limited to 1 adult bike per year and 2 kids bikes per year. Bikes might be excluded from the Pro Program, you will see them at their normal price, with no discount applied.


What Are Your Shipping Rates?


For items ordered through the Pro Program, a £5 shipping charge will be applied to your order. For bikes, £34 for shipping, assembly and boxes costs.


Do You Offer A Warranty On Product Purchased Through The Pro Program?


Yes we do, please see our warranty page for more detail. For all product warranties, please contact our Rider Care Team for more information. Our warranty does not include damage caused by wear and tear.


Do You Offer Returns?


Yes. See our return policy for product returns and exchanges. As a reminder, all Pro Program product inquiries go directly through Specialized. Do not bring items to Specialized Authorized Retail locations for warranties, returns, or exchanges.
