Very frustrating

Bad design. Got mine fall inside the frame although I was very careful. No replacement available (out of stock everywhere) apparently most riders have same issue and made it out of stock. Left with a 4000$ bike without being able to ride it until replacement available by Specialized. Hopefully customer service/ Quality improvement can provide me with a solution.
