RETURNS

We offer a free return within 30 days for all new or unused products. No matter if you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size: Just follow our simple returns process below and send your package back to us for free.

 

  1. Fill out the return form and give us a reason for returning each product. If you can't find your return form, please click here to download a new one.
  2. Pack all your products in their original, undamaged packaging, put them in the box and make sure you include the return form.
  3. Visit our DPD Return Portal and book your return.
  4. Print out the label, stick it on the parcel and bring it to your nearest DPD pickup station.
     

 

WHICH ORDERS GO BACK TO SPECIALIZED?

Direct orders via DPD Return Portal back to Specialized

Products that you have ordered on specialized.com and had shipped to your home can only be returned on specialized.com - NOT at Specialized dealers.

Click & Collect orders back to the dealer


Products ordered on specialized.com and shipped via Click & Collect to a dealer of your choice should be returned directly to that dealer. Please show the proof of purchase when returning the product.

For shipments that went from Specialized to your home location, please visit the DPD Return Portal to create your free return label and find a DPD PICKUP station near you.
