We offer a free return within 30 days for all new or unused products. No matter if you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size: Just follow our simple returns process below and send your package back to us for free.
Contact our Ridercare Team, in order to initiate your return.
Pack all your products in their original, undamaged packaging, put them in the box and make sure you include the return form.
Once the return has been initiated, our shipping partner will contact you to collect the bike from your home.

Products that you have ordered on specialized.com and had shipped to your home can only be returned on specialized.com - NOT at Specialized dealers.
Click & Collect orders back to the dealer**
Products ordered on specialized.com and shipped via Click & Collect to a dealer of your choice should be returned directly to that dealer. Please show the proof of purchase when returning the product.
