Fantastic rack and taillight, but not a simple install.

The install is not terribly difficult, but the wheels do need to come off, the cranks need to be pulled, and the motor cover removed. Also, a hole needs to be drilled into the rear fender once you determine the correct position to line it up with the threaded connector on your bike frame. Other than this, I found the fenders to be a bit long for my taste, as the front would hit when going up and down curbs, and the rear made it difficult to put on my vehicle rack. I was able to remove the rubber ends, trim the aluminum, and reinstall the ends though. Overall though the fenders and rack are really great quality and very sturdy. The taillight is highly visible from both the rear and sides.

Really really hard to assemble. It says a dealer must install in fine print.

    Missing hardware, awful instructions

I’m in the middle of trying to install the fender/lights/cargo rack kit on my TERO 3.0. I love the bike, but this kit is infuriating. Some hardware is missing. Pre-threaded holes don’t match screws. Instructions miss steps, fail to show what’s important. Very disappointing

    Terrible Product

Instructions say fender and rack are already assembled together, they are not. To attach the rack to the fender there are 2 different sized screws with different sized heads. You also have to drill a hole in a $300 set of fenders to boot!

    Front fender bolts incorrect length

It took my dealer a week or two to figure out why my front fork wasn't working on my Turbo Tero 3.0. It turns out the bolts provided which mount the front fender to each tube of the fork were too long. The uppers would hit the bolts and would not compress. It actually caused damage to my fork, but my dealer was about to make repairs. Beware of this. My bike was one several at the dealer with this issue, so I was told.

    Great fenders, lights, and rack

The quality of the parts supplied with this accessory kit is great. Installation is a bit involved, so make sure you have plenty of time to do it (a couple hours should easily get it done). Run wire for rear light before attaching the fender to the rack (and do that before putting it on the bike, of course).

    Hardware Flaw

Everything worked except for two major issues. The front fender for my Turbo Tero 3.0 has two mounting points position on the lower portion of the front suspension fork. The bolts for these mounting points are too long and insert too deeply into the lowers of the suspension fork. As a result, the bolts jammed/locked the fork. New short bolts had to be acquired in order for the fork to work again.

    Would not recommend

Installation instructions are not complete. My kit is missing screws for the front fender. Rear fender instructions states that inside of fender has indications where to drill 6mm hole based on bike size, there aren’t any on my fender.
