    Turbo Como 3.0 650b

    2019 Turbo Como 3.0 650b

It's fun to go fast, but really, it's only fun if you're comfortable. Sadly, though, this is rarely the case. With the Turbo Como 3.0 650b, however, is out to change that. With a comfortable geometry, a sleek, stylish design, and our exclusive, award-winning technology, you'll get an extra jolt of power, making this Como just as fun as it is functional.

Beginning with a completely redesigned, custom, and integrated Turbo 1.2 motor, the Como 3.0 proves itself as the fastest, most comfortable urban bike you've ever perched yourself upon. First off, our proprietary Rx Street Tune takes the power of a belt-driven motor that's smooth, silent, and free of annoying vibrations, and makes it optimized for riding in an urban environment by reacting to the amount of force you apply to the pedals. Think of it this way: The more power you put out, the more power the motor puts out, and this makes accelerations from a standstill both quick and efficient. Perfect.

We also developed a custom Turbo UI-500 battery that seamlessly integrates into the frame, plus it's lockable and easily removable for simplified charging. With this battery, the Turbo Como delivers some extra "oomph," with plenty of juice to accompany you on your cruise down the bike path, a trip to the grocery store, or even to that new café on the other side of the city.

We also developed a custom 2.2-inch smart computer that lets you view your battery level and toggle various ride metrics such as speed, distance, and time. You can also peruse these screens via the custom handlebar remote without ever removing your hands from the bars.

This Como's 650b wheels have been paired with 2.3-inch tires, so it can roll over most cracks, bumps, and holes with ease to ensure that nothing stands in your way on your path to a good time. And to top off all of these innovative features, we spec'd it with components that are sure to keep you rolling worry-free for the long run. Along these lines, you'll find Shimano 10-speed components, powerful hydraulic disc brakes, and bright LED lights at the front and rear of the bike.

    Love my Como But

I Love my Turbo Como 3. Once I figured out the mission control I love to be able to make adjustments. It's very smooth and quiet. Very comfortable to ride. There is one thing I'm worried about. I bought a little over a year ago. When I first got it within a week of riding the motor quit working. It felt like a belt slipping and very noisy I took it back the the shop where I got it from. They contacted Specailized and they replaced my motor. On my first ride it did it again! Back to the shop. They talked with Specailized and replaced the bike. The bike has been fantastic. I absoultly love it. Then today and 2600 miles later the motor did again on this bike now. I was planing on getting a 4.0 and giving my other bike to my daughter. However I'm starting to rethink that. I'm going to see how they fix it. I'm wondering if the motor is flawed. I really love the Como so I'm hoping they fix it and can explain why this is happening. I also have a Como 2 that has been absoultly a great bike. I've had it for 3 years now. I've only had the normal problems with it flat tires and a couple broken spokes. I will say so far Specialized has been great about warranty it. I'm only giving it 3 stars because of the motor issues. I will update this rating after I get it back. Otherwise I'd rate it 5 stars.

Wondering why i waited this long to get an E-bike

My wife and i both purchased a como last year after our old bikes were stolen. I commute to work, roughly 20 miles round trip, and wanted something to make the slog easier especially since there are hill climbs on the way to work. I tried several different E-bike manufacturers/models before deciding on this one. The Como is so much smoother than other ones i tried and definitely more comfortable with it's upright, cruiser design. It has made commuting so much easier, wish I would have gotten one much sooner. I wish the battery life was a little longer but that really isn't an issue. I can get two full rides in before needing to recharge with ~10% to spare, this is using eco mode 98% of the time. This leaves one full charge for Friday so that's when i go to turbo and have some fun! These Ebikes are game changers, i encourage anyone thinking about getting one to just go ride one, you'll probably walk out with a new bike and a big smile!

Very happy with my 2019 Como 3.0

I recently purchased a Specialized Como 3.0, and this bike has been a game changer for me. I am coming back from a serious illness and injury, which made cycling, my passion difficult for me. Since I purchased this bike, I have been able to get back enjoying cycling and riding with friends and family. This bike is a real game changer to cycling. The Shop I purchased the bike from in Campbell, Ca was very knowledgeable and had all of the Specialized E-Bikes available to try and look at. I am very impressed.
