Whether you’ve changed your mind, or simply ordered the wrong size, just follow our simple returns process below and you can send your parcel back to us for free.

Specialized Canada guarantees your total satisfaction and offers a world-class returns policy. New, unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Once received, the items will be verified, and a refund will be applied if the condition is new – unused in the original packaging. If the equipment does not match this condition, it will be sent back to you at your expense.
Please do not put any tape on any of the helmet or shoe boxes that you wish to return
Bikes and frames
Please contact Rider Care in order to initiate a return. Do not bring your bike back to the retailer.
Other Terms & Conditions for Returns
Please expect any return to be processed within thirty (30) days after we receive the returned item. Any loss or damage that occurs during return shipping is the responsibility of the consumer. In case of a return, once approved, a credit will be issued using the original form of payment. Depending on the original form of payment used, there may be a delay between us processing the refund and its posting to your account.
Shipping fees will not be refunded.
