Our mission is simple—to be the brand of choice for discerning riders. With that in mind, we offer free return shipping within 30 days of the purchase of any new or unused item. Whether you’ve changed your mind, or simply ordered the wrong size, just follow our simple returns process below and you can send your parcel back to us for free.
For Orders Delivered at One of Our Retailers (Pick Up In-Store)

Bring back the new/unused items you want to return in their original, un-damaged packaging at the retailer you picked them from, with your receipt of your original order. They will take care of shipping it back to us and the refund will be applied if the condition is new/unused in the original packaging. If the equipment does not match this condition, it will be sent back to you at your expense.
If you purchased a bike online through our Pickup In-Store option, you have 30 days from the date of your original order to claim a full refund. To initiate a refund or an exchange for a different size or color, if available, please contact the retailer that built or delivered your bike. The retailer will then work with us to exchange your bike for another Specialized bicycle. The retailer who assembled the bike is not liable for the choice of the model, its color, the size of the frame, or the choice of its components. His/her only responsibility is to assemble the purchased bike without additional fees.
In all events, the returned bike needs to be in a new/unused condition and must include all components and accessories that came with the bike. Specialized, not the retailer, will issue a credit using the original form of payment, for the full purchase price, including applicable taxes.
Please note: items picked up at a Specialized Retailer, or ordered at a Specialized Retailer, can only be returned at your selected Specialized Retailer.
For Orders Delivered at an Address of Your Choice Other Than a Retailer (Ship to Home)

Specialized Canada guarantees your total satisfaction and offers a world-class returns policy. New, unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Once received, the items will be verified, and a refund will be applied if the condition is new – unused in the original packaging. If the equipment does not match this condition, it will be sent back to you at your expense.
New, unused bicycle can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Other Terms & Conditions for Returns
Please expect any return to be processed within thirty (30) days after we receive the returned item. Any loss or damage that occurs during return shipping is the responsibility of the consumer. In case of a return, once approved, a credit will be issued using the original form of payment. Depending on the original form of payment used, there may be a delay between us processing the refund and its posting to your account.
