I prefer a lightweight long-sleeve jersey of short sleeve and sunscreen, and this is the best I've found. Great fit, never gets too hot, and I like the high visibility. I hope Specialized comes out with more colors.

Seems well built. However, it’s tight. It’s even pretty tight on my arms and forearms. I have a large, and will keep it, but if I was reordering, I would order extra-large.

I like the design and the color scheme. Well made and fits like a glove. After buying one, I bought a second one.

I am 5'10" 156 lbs, and the size large is too small and binds in the arm pits. I have another specialized jersey in a large and it is plenty big, but not this one. Unfortunately I bought it on sale and cannot return it.

I have a long sleeve and a short sleeve hi viz SL Air jersey. Both are race cut, both are very form fitting, but I find them true to size and very comfortable. I'm 5'6", 125 lb., 34" chest, arm length is roughly 32", and a size small fits me perfectly. The sleeve length on the long sleeve jersey is generous, but not too long. The fabric is soft and breathable, excellent for the warm Florida weather.

There are hundreds of brands that offer short-sleeve jerseys, but only a few brands offer long-sleeve jerseys suitable for hot weather... and they tend to be very expensive. The material of the HyprViz SL Air is breathable. The sleeves are quite long, but it doesn't cause a problem, as the material is thin. My first impression of the pockets were that they were small, but after using the jersey, I think they are okay. It seems tighter fitting than my Specialized SL Pro Jersey (short-sleeve). The sleeves are not nearly as tight as the Rapha Pro Team Long Sleeve Aero jersey, which takes some time to put on because of the sleeves. I would like to see: • slightly bigger pockets • the neck at the rear to be higher to provide more sun coverage • a lower cut at the front of the neck, to make the jersey cooler • the jersey to be constructed using a bigger zipper, as small zippers are prone to failure

I’ve worn it once so far, but have been very happy with it. Great color. Feels like quality. Good sun protection. Word of warning about sizing though, I’m 5’11” and 180 lb and needed an XL to be comfortable on my chest/shoulders. This leaves the arms a bit long on me, and the forearms have enough extra material to flap a little on a fast descent.
