Eligible Entrants

Entry is only open to Australian residents who are 18 years old or over at the time of entry, excluding residents of the Australian Capital Territory. Employees of Promoter, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies, and anyone else connected with the production and distribution of this Promotion (collectively, the “Promoter Entities”) and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Promotion or receive a prize.

How To Enter

To enter the Promotion, the entrant must (1) purchase an eligible Specialized Stumpjumper 15, Levo SL 2, or Levo 4 equipped with Genie at a participating retailer in Australia (excluding the retailers in the Australian Capital Territory) in the year 2025 (the “Qualifying Transaction”) and follow the links and instructions provided by the participating retailer to register the bike via www.specialized.com. Registering the bike is free of charge; and (2) visit [LINK] and fully complete and submit the online entry form with the true personal details, including first and last name, email address, mobile number, and postcode of residence. The entrant must retain an original receipt for the Qualifying Transaction as proof of purchase. All entries become the property of the Promoter and will not be returned. Any entry received after the expiry of the Promotion Period will be deemed invalid. No entry fee is charged by the Promoter to enter the Promotion. Where entry is allowed online, there is no additional cost to enter the Promotion other than any cost paid by the entrant to access the website or social media platform of entry via their internet service provider.

Entries Permitted

Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address during the Promotion Period. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated or mechanical means or means which subvert the entry process will be void. The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or illegible, which will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute regarding entries, any entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry, provided that person meets all eligibility requirements set forth in the T&C. “Authorized Account Holder” means the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Entrants may not participate with multiple email addresses, nor may entrants use any device or artifice to enter multiple times or as multiple entrants. Any entrant who attempts to enter with multiple e-mail addresses, under multiple identities, or by using any other device or artifice to enter multiple times will be disqualified from participation in the Promotion and all entries submitted by that entrant will be void. Only fully completed entries are eligible. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by the Promoter. The Promoter is not responsible for any change of personal details such as email address or phone number of entrants.

Prize

Prize Description: One (1) trip to Thredbo, Australia for the winner and one (1) companion (at least eighteen (18) years of age or older), redeemable only during the period from March 1st 2025 to April 30th 2025. The trip package includes roundtrip, coach class air transportation from an airport near winner’s residence to Canberra Airport, 2 nights’ accommodation (single room) at a hotel selected by the Promoter, car rental during the trip selected by the Promoter, and an AUD $500 gift card for food. Approximate retail value of the prize: AUD $4,500. If a prize is provided to the Promoter by a third party, the prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the third-party prize supplier. All applicable federal, state, and territory taxes on prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Limit one (1) prize per person during the Promotion Period.

Draw

One (1) potential winner will be drawn at random by a random number generator. The drawing will be conducted in Melbourne, Australia, on or about 3 December 2025 at 12:00pm AEST from among all eligible entries received. The winner of a prize drawing is determined by chance. The winner’s last name, initial of the first name and postcode of residence will be published at [LINK] within seven (7) days of the draw date for a period of thirty (30) days.

Unclaimed Prize

The Prize must be claimed by 10 December 2025 at 12:00pm AEST. In the event the Prize remains unclaimed, a redraw will take place at the same location and in the same manner as the original draw on 11 December 2025 at 12:00pm AEST. The winner’s last name, initial of the first name and postcode of residence will be published at [LINK] within seven (7) days of the redraw date for a period of thirty (30) days. If, following the redraw, the Prize remains unclaimed by 18 December 2025 at 12:00 pm AEST, the Prize may go unawarded.

Notification Of Winner

The potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone using contact information provided or collected at the time of entry. Potential winner may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release within seven (7) days of date of issuance. The Promoter Entities shall have no liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted, or not received by a potential winner for any reason. If any potential prize winner is found to be ineligible, or if he or she has not complied with these T&C, or declines the prize for any reason prior to award, such prize will be forfeited and an alternate prize winner may be selected.

General

No correspondence will be acknowledged. No cash equivalents, substitutions or transfer of prize permitted except that Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event that an offered prize is unavailable and the winner shall agree to such arrangement. Subject to all federal, state, and territory laws/regulations, the Promoter Entities will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use and/or misuse of any prize or participation in the Promotion or any prize-related activities. By participating, entrant releases and agrees to hold harmless the Promoter Entities and each of their respective affiliates, directors, employees, officers and agents from any and all liability, injury, loss or damage of any kind, including but not limited to personal injury or death, arising from or in connection with participation in the Promotion, or the awarding, receipt, possession, use or misuse of any prize and/or with respect to participation in any travel or prize related activity. By accepting the prize, the prize winner hereby agrees and consents to the Promoter using their personal information, including their name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information, prize information, statements and general location for advertising and/or publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity but revocable, without further compensation, review, approval or payment, where allowed by law. By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the T&C and the decisions of the Promoter, which are final and binding in all respects. The Promoter is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer or in the administration of the Promotion. No more than the stated number of prize will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prize as set forth in the T&C to be available and/or claimed, the Promoter reserves the right to award only the one (1) prize by random drawing among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims received. The Promoter, in its sole discretion, may refuse to award the prize to any entrant who fails to comply with the T&C.

A participating venue will not offer this Promotion as an inducement directed at encouraging patrons to gamble in line with relevant state gambling authorities. Limitations And Releases

The Promoter Entities are not responsible for lost, late, mutilated or illegible entries nor for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry information by the Promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website and/or wireless network or any combination thereof. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Promotion is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures or malfunctions or other causes beyond Promoter’s control have destroyed or severely undermined or to any degree impaired the integrity, administration, security, proper entry and/or feasibility of the Promotion as contemplated herein. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion; and award the prize from among all eligible non-suspect entries received up to the action taken by the Promoter provided a sufficient number of eligible entries have been received. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of the T&C shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the T&C shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

CAUTION

ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, PROMOTER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.

Disputes

Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages.
