I was apprehensive to buy this based on reviews, but the return policy is the best, so I figured why not. I will say if you're not built like the model, its not going to fit you the same. I am NOT built like the model. I'm 5'8" and 165lbs with a 40" chest (bought a Large). The jersey is tight across the chest, but I like that. It does look a tad funky standing straight up, but in the riding position with bib shorts on, its super comfortable and aero - just was I need. The neck doesn't sag, not too loose in the chest - absolutely perfect. Probably going to grab another in a differnet color.

I've had this jersey for about two weeks and put a couple hundred miles into it. Yes, it is a slim race fit - which I think is great. I'm 5'9"", 160, and it fits really well. Only thing I would change would be the addition of a small zippered pocket and a few other colors to choose from.
