Great bike but the chain sometimes comes off

We got this for my son after he started high school because he had outgrown his previous bike and couldn't keep up with the other kids on bigger bikes. Great ride, real smooth, he loves that it has only one shifter, he loves the feel of the hydraulic disc brakes, and it's incredibly fast - now I have trouble keeping up with him on my 12-speed. In the 6 weeks he's been using it, the chain has come off the front sprocket twice (once on each side) and come off the rear sprocket once. In all cases I think he may have been pedaling too hard while trying to shift. The shift limiting screws seemed to be set correctly. I noticed other single-shifter models have a chain guide in front, but this one doesn't. Please consider adding one, or provide a way for me to add one.

Worth the wait

I decided this time to have my new specialized bike delivered to my home. I must say it took longer than was advertised, but was worth the wait. Assembly was easy and straightforward with the instructions, tools needed included, (I also utilized a YouTube video). Bike is up and running. Customer service is rather limited though. There were no updates, just 'sale confirmation' and then 'out for delivery' about a month later. I called the number given and took quite a while to get through to a gentleman who was polite and helpful. Highly recommended despite the issue mentioned.
