As we head into the festive season, we want to make sure you receive your bikes and gear on time. To help you plan your holiday shopping, please take note of our 2025 shipping cut-off dates. Ordering before these dates gives you the best chance of receiving your items before our team takes a well-earned break.
All STH Bike orders for shipping placed on or before December 7 will be dispatched before the holiday period.
Orders placed after December 7 will be processed and shipped once our team returns in the new year.
For customers choosing in-store pickup, bike orders must be placed by December 12 to ensure they are ready for collection before the break. Please contact your selected retailer to ensure your bike is expertly built in time for the holiday break.
Orders for equipment placed on or before December 17 will continue to ship as usual.
We will continue to dispatch equipment orders after December 17 until our Distribution Centre closes, but we cannot guarantee delivery before the holidays. For more information, Australia Post have outlined their shipping cut offs here.
