1     FUNDRAISER NAME

Specialized Soil Searching x Cairns MTB Club Fundraiser

2     PROMOTER

The fundraiser will be conducted by Specialized Bicycles Australia Pty Ltd (ABN: 90166166874) of 299 Williamstown Rd, Port Melbourne, VIC, 3207. The benefiting organisation is Beechworth Chain Gang, a not-for-profit MTB club.

3     RELEVANT STATE(S)

Fundraising is open to people QLD, NSW, TAS and NT.

4     FUNDRAISING PERIOD

The Fundraising starts from 9:00AM AEST Friday 16th September 2022. 

The Fundraising period closes at 2:30pm AEDT on Sunday 9th October 2022. Any donations received after this time will be accepted but not eligible to win a fundraising prize.

6     FUNDRAISING RESTRICTIONS

Directors, management, employees, contactors (or members of their immediate family) of Specialized Bicycle Components Australia Pty Ltd and related entities, including any of the Promoter’s agents directly involved in the organisation of the fundraiser (as determined by the Promoter) are not eligible to win prizes associated with donating to the fundraiser.

“Immediate family” means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step- child (whether by natural or by adoption), grand child or step-grandchild, parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

7     VERIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

If requested by the Promoter, Participants must produce proof of age and residency prior to being awarded a Prize.

8     FUNDRAISING PRIZE OFFER

Any ticket sale of $5.00 will enter the donor in the draw to win a fundraising prize. Entries are limited to one per person, or the number of individual times a person donates to the fundraiser.

Prizes offered to fundraisers will be drawn at the Specialized Activation at Crankworx Cairns, 88 McGregor Road, Smithfield QLD 4878. The draw will be conducted by Cairns MTB Club Inc. 

Winners will be drawn at random, through the Rafflelink winner generator. 

9     PRIZE DETAILS

First Prize: Specialized Levo, Size: S3 custom painted with Soil Searching Graphics

Second Prize: Specialized Ambush Helmet and Specialized 2FO Shoe

Third Prize: 2 x Specialized Soil Searching Tyres

Prize values are accurate as at the commencement date for the Raffle. All costs, fees, charges or expenses associated with the Prize(s), which are not specified, are the responsibility of the Winner(s).

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. If for any reason a prize is not available, a substitute for another prize of equal or higher value. 

10     NOTIFICATION AND PUBLICATION OF WINNERS

Winners will be notified via email within five (5) business days of being drawn. Prize Winners’ names will be published on Specialized Australia’s and/or Cairns MTB Club social media pages.

11     PRIZE CLAIM DATE

The Winner has three (3) months from the date they are notified in which to claim their prize.

The Winner must contact Cairns MTB Club to claim the Prize.

If you are a Winner, you are responsible for your use of the Prize, including complying with all relevant laws and any applicable terms and conditions of use.

Specialized Australia will organize the shipping of prizes to prize winners.

12      UNCLAIMED PRIZE ARRANGEMENTS

If a Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date or is deemed invalid in accordance with the Entry Restrictions, Cairns MTB Club reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize. Proceeds from such sale will be paid to the Cairns MTB Club to be used for not-for-profit purposes.

13      ADDITIONAL TERMS – PRIVACY

Cairns MTB Club and its authorised marketing partners reserve the right to send marketing communications to any entrant that opts-in to receive communications from the club and its authorised marketing partners. The entrant can advise the club at any time if they no longer wish to receive this information, by clicking the unsubscribe button on the bottom of any communications received.

The club and its authorised marketing partners may continue to send communications to the entrant for an indefinite period unless and until advised otherwise by the entrant.
