    With "Ship to Home" you can have your desired bike delivered directly to your home. With our assembly instructions your bike is ready for use in just a few steps. We've also thought of everything when it comes to service: with your order, you'll receive a voucher for the initial inspection at our Specialized partners.

    "Specialized Delivery" focuses entirely on you! A professional bike mechanic comes with your new bike directly to your home. There we make sure that the bike fits perfectly and is tuned to you and your riding style. We'll register your bike, explain all the important tricks for care and maintenance, and then you'll take a test ride on your new gem.

    Free initial inspection & support after purchase with Ship-to-Home

    If something is wrong with your bike in the first few days after purchase, please ask for an appointment at your local Specialized dealer. We will cover the cost of any minor difficulties in setting up the bike for the first two months.

    In addition, you will receive a voucher for an initial inspection at your local dealer as a welcome gift. You can use this voucher within the first six months after purchase, but at the latest after about 500 km of riding or 15 hours of operation. Please make an appointment with your Specialized dealer in advance.

    To make sure everything fits: 30 days return policy

    We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase on all new or unused products. Whether you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size: Follow our returns process via the link below in just a few steps and send your package back to us free of charge.
