FULL RETURNS POLICY

At Specialized, riders come first. That’s why we guarantee your satisfaction with your purchase from our online store by offering a world-class returns policy. Both new and unused items and used and undamaged items must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.


Equipment Returns:

Our mission is simple—to be the brand of choice for discerning riders. With that in mind, we offer a free return within 30 days on any new or un-used item. Whether you’ve changed your mind, or simply ordered the wrong size, just follow our simple returns process below and you can send your parcel back to us for free.

1. Complete the return form, including the reason for return for each item. Did you lose your return form? Click here to download a new form.

2. Pack all of the items in their original, un-damaged packaging and place inside the box, making sure to include this returns note.

3. Visit our DPD Return Portal and book your return.

4. Print the label, put it on the box and drop off your parcel at your nearest DPD Pickup location

Please note: items orders at Specialized.com can only be returned to Specialized.com, and unfortunately not at Specialized Retailers.

Please visit our DPD Return Portal to generate your (free) return label for equipment returns, and to find your nearest DPD Pickup parcelshop.

Bike Returns:

1. Go to our contact page and send us a return request, or call us directly on the phone number provided in the order confirmation email.

2. Pack the bike in the original, un-damaged box and include the Bike Return Form. No box anymore? Please make sure you mention this during the return request.

3. After the return is initiated, our shipping partner will contact you to pick-up the bike at your house.



Pick up in Store Returns:

1. Complete the return form below, including the reason for return for each item. Did you lose your return form?

2. Pack all of the items in their original, un-damaged packaging.

3. Return the items to your Specialized Retailer.

Please note: items ordered at Specialized.com and delivered at a Specialized Retailer (Pick Up In-Store), can only be returned to the retailer where you picked up your products, and unfortunately not via Specialized.com.
