They did this one right.

I have several bikes and wasnt planning on another one but ended up pulling the trigger on this one after much consideration for a pending trip. I didnt realize it had the "raw carbon" look to it but I quite like it and it gets constant compliments. My other SJ is black which is nice but this finish has character that coupled with the teal gives it an odd sort of disrespectful look. Despite not liking it on first impressions, I've decided I like it a lot. It looks better when it's dirty. This SJ screams out to be ridden hard. It is tough, responsive, comfortable, and balanced. I have not found anything I dont like about it yet and I think this is going to be a very long term bike for me for sure.

Raw Garbon

I have always struggled to understand why the main two bike companies show such different colors online. When I got this bike I learned that "satin carbon" meant raw carbon and the bike looks like it has eczema. The shock pump and adjustable torque wrench were nice and the 3m protective strips. But I wish I could say I can't stop looking at it.

Stuntjumper EVO Expert RS

I upgraded from a SJ FS COMP ALLOY and have really enjoyed this bike so far. I am still playing around with the numerous settings. Probably going to stick with the 0 High on the trails around town. I thought I was going fast on my last Stuntjumper at 24 mph… I was going 33.9 on this bike on the same trails. It is super fast. I can feel myself catching up with each pedal. It’s aggressive and I love it.

Love at First Ride

Was considering a new bike and a friend who works at Specialized recommended the EVO. I am glad I took a chance a demo'd this bike. Coming from a 27.5 bike I was convinced that 29er's wouldn't work for my height of 5'8". Man was I wrong. Did a wet weather ride in Squamish and the bike rode like it was on rails. Broke a bunch of PR's and had so much fun. The bike was easier to pedal than my last, super playful and climbs very efficiently. Unfortunately I couldn't find an expert build near me in Canada. However, I found and bought a new frame and did my own dream build. Loved that this bike has the option to be a mullet and has so much adjustability. Although, it is so much fun as a full 29'er I think I will leave it the way it is. Very impressed with the build quality and would highly recommend. Specialized hit it out of the park with this bike.
