Lorena Wiebes

Netherlands / Team SD Worx – Protime

One Hundred Victories and Counting

Lorena Wiebes is, without question, the dominant sprinting force in the women’s peloton. Few can match her speed, and even fewer can come around her in the final meters. In April 2025, at just 26 years old, she celebrated a remarkable milestone: her 100th career victory.

Her palmarès speaks volumes. Wearing the Dutch national champion’s jersey once again on the road, she is also holder of the world champion’s stripes on both the track and UCI gravel championships.

This March marked the long-awaited return of the women’s Milan–San Remo, a Monument famous for delivering sprint finishes. It was a race tailor-made for Lorena, and when the moment came, she delivered. In the 2025 Tour de France Lorena has been untouchable in the sprints, going back-to-back with wins on stage 3 and 4.

Iconic moments define a rider’s legacy, and few are more symbolic than donning the first yellow jersey of the inaugural Tour de France Femmes—something Lorena proudly did in 2022.

Lorena on her favourite Specialized product

“My favourite product is my road skin suit, especially with the white bibs. Not only do you feel as aero as possible—you just know you look it as well!”
