Torch 2.0公路車鞋專注於舒適度，且兼顧舒適和性能。受限於材質，公路車鞋通常會使足部感到僵硬不適；為了解決此問題，Specialized在Torch 2.0上採用100%的網布與TPU結構，提供更多鞋頭內的腳趾活動空間，達成如同穿襪子般較為寬鬆舒適的感覺。此款的鞋面則搭配中等硬度的FACT碳纖維鞋底，以及橡膠足跟和腳趾部分，下車行走時也能保持抓地力。在鞋扣方面，則加入輕量化的單顆Boa®IP1旋鈕，不須工具即可更換，也便於在騎行中進行簡易調整。
