Terms and Conditions

Equipped to Ride: A Roval Offer (the “Offer”) is hosted by Specialized Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. or one of its affiliates (collectively, “Specialized”) and runs from October 17 to 30 November 2022 (EOD) The Offer is offered to all riders in Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan (the “Territory”).

Individuals (“Participants”) who fulfill the requirements, agree to these Terms and Conditions and Specialized’s Privacy Policy.

All orders must be received at the place specified and during the period in which the Promotion is open, and late or incomplete orders will be disqualified.

Orders must be submitted by an individual (not via any agency or similar) and, unless otherwise stated, are limited to one per household.

Proof of posting (if relevant) shall not be deemed proof of delivery. No responsibility can be accepted for entries which are lost, delayed, misdirected or corrupted during delivery to or from Specialized for any reason whatsoever and incomplete or illegible entries and/or those not made in accordance with these Terms and Conditions shall be invalid.

Each qualified order in store will be awarded a direct credit for selected equipment items at the value specified.

Each qualified order on Specialized.com will be sent an email notification with directions on how to claim the voucher at the value specified.

Vouchers awarded for purchases made on Specialized.com are valid for purchase of equipment products on Specialized.com only.

Individual participants will be notified via email for order and shipping confirmation.

Unless otherwise stated, the Offer is open to anyone who is 18 years old and over, except employees of Specialized and any residents and/or citizens of a country that is currently subject to trade restrictions with the United States or any of its allies.

Specialized may disqualify any Individual Participant for any reason, including if Specialized determines, in its sole discretion, that the Participant (a) is not located within the Territory, (b) has availed the Offer with an intent to resell the products, (c) has failed to comply with applicable laws in connection with his or her purchase, (d) has not consented to these Terms and Conditions and/or Specialized’s Privacy Policy, or (e) has violated these Terms and Conditions.

Specialized reserves the right to change, modify, add or delete parts of these Terms and Conditions at any time and without further notice. Such amendments shall be effective upon posting the revised Terms and Conditions on our website. If you do not agree with such amended Terms and Conditions then you may not participate in the Offer. Your continued participation in the Offer after any changes to the Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance by you of such revision and that you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions as modified. It is your responsibility to regularly check our website for any modifications to the Terms and Conditions.

By availing the Offer, you:
- grant Specialized and any third parties appointed by Specialized for the purpose of organizing and/or managing the Offer permission to use your name and likeness for the purpose of organizing and/or managing the Offer and related promotional purposes and grant Specialized the right to use your personal information to send you information about their respective products and services which may be of interest to you. If you do not wish to receive this information, please unsubscribe by logging into your profile and change your subscription option, or follow the instructions on the bottom of any newsletter that you have receive or follow the instructions given; and
- agree to indemnify Specialized against all liabilities, costs, expenses, damages and losses suffered or incurred arising out of or in connection with any breach of these Terms and Conditions.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, the affected provisions shall be deleted from these Terms and Conditions but the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
