Roll 2.0

They say that every journey begins with a single step, but when that journey is related to exercise, that first step can sure be a doozy. It can be life-changing, however, and there's no better machine to take the plunge with than with the Roll.

Comfort bike that doesnt look like one

At 40 years old i’ve finally found the one!! i’m 6’3” 265 lbs, I bought this one in XL and i feel SO at home on it for casual riding. It is a BIG bike, that stands taller than 99.9% of what is out there. If you are looking for a comfort bike but dont want it to look like one, this bike just looks like a supersized bmx bike or something, a more youthful look with a little attitude. i love the high handlebar position and resulting upright ride stance. Dont be fooled though, this bike is FAST, in the higher gears this thing will absolutely fly. My only beef with this bike is that although i like the tire size, i wish it came with tires that had at least some kind of grip/tread - on dry pavement and even compact gravel the slightly fat round slicks are right at home but this bike will start to try to slide around if you take a slope or tight turn with loose gravel. Still give it 5 stars easily, but at some point ill be switching those tires for something with at least a little more bite.

I love my bike, it

I love my bike, it rides great and is just what I needed when I was looking for a bike. The customer service was great too, I didn’t receive pedals and when I emailed about it they were quick and responsive and shipped them out the same day. This bike is beautiful.

Terrific bike for all around commute and fitness

I purchased my Roll bike in 2020. With the exception of a few flat tires due to road debris, the Roll has met my expectations for ride comfort and durability. It's a good bike at a reasonable price.

I bought the Roll because

I bought the Roll because I suffer from Rheumatoid Arthritis and did not want to give up cycling. I needed something very comfortable and forgiving to ride. The Roll is a good out of the box solution for my problem. But will need some further details to make it better for me. Shorter stem and more comfortable grips. Other than that its been a great bike to help get me back into cycling.

I first found out about

I first found out about the Specialized Roll from older brother when we went biking together in spring last year. His Roll Elite 3.0 felt insanely comfortable, and after getting my own Roll 2 I can say that with the variation in difficulty on the gears it felt perfect for both sporting, racing, and just gentle cruising all alike. The rides felt smooth both on smooth asphalt and on more rocky trails. Would highly recommend!

Great Bike

I visited a local bike shop looking for something to ride primarily on rail trails, and the associate recommended the Roll 2.0. Wow. This bike seems to glide effortlessly and it is surprisingly quick. I bought the XL frame as I am 6’3. It is very comfortable and I really like the handlebar design and position. The bike seems well made and has exceeded my expectation.

Best ride ever

I've ridden a few Rolls. Many different ones from 2016 to current. The drivetrain has improved dramatically and improved braking on the current model. The most comfortable bike I have ever ridden. Kudos!
