2020 Roubaix Pro – SRAM Force eTAP AXS

With six wins at Paris-Roubaix, our Roubaix has proven that Smoother is Faster. Until this moment, however, smooth has admittedly come with some compromises. But not anymore. The all-new Roubaix Pro now delivers compliance without compromise by introducing a radical new Future Shock 2.0 that gives you more control and damping options, a new Pavé seatpost that creates our most balanced Roubaix to date, aerodynamics that equal the Tarmac, and a Rider-First Engineered™ frame that’s shed some serious weight. Is it still comfortable? Sure, but don’t call it a comfort bike, because performance was behind every engineering decision we made. This is the new Roubaix.

The build on this Roubaix Pro goes as all out with a focus on getting every ounce of performance possible for your money. It features the superlative SRAM Force eTAP AXS 12-speed build kit you’ve probably been reading about, lightweight Roval CL 32 carbon wheels, our all-new S-Works Pavé seatpost, S-Works carbon Hover bars, and our fan-favorite Power Pro saddle.

Best Bike Ever!!!

I have been riding road bikes for quite some time now, and this Roubaix Pro is the cream of the crop. This bike is extremely comfortable and extremely fast. I never have any pain and enjoy the entire ride. The SRAM eTap is icing on the cake. The shifters are smooth and very dependable. I love the fact that you can program the shifters with an app on a cell phone. I would highly recommend the Roubaix Pro to anybody looking for an excellent endurance bike. Spend the money and go for the higher end group sets and frame. You won't regret it. I highly recommend this bike to all my family and friends.

This bike is too good for most riders, including me!

I was riding a 2014 Bianchi Intenso Ultegra. Was a great ride. Test rode 2019 Roubaix and Diverge, and bought the Diverge, and kept the Bianchi. Then I rode the 2020 Roubaix comp, and wow, but I wasn't ready to dump the Bianchi yet. Then I rode the 2020 Pro. I said Bye-bye Bianchi faster than the e-Tap could shift gears! Bike rides and handles incredibly, and power delivery is inspiring- it just eggs you on to go harder, because it responds so quickly and smoothly! E-Tap is just wonderful, and buttery life is great. Brakes are more like that on a race car than a bike, meaning they don't grab initially, but the hotter they get the better they stop- no fade! I absolutely love this bike. I have over 1,300 miles on this bike in about 6 months time. Worth the money! As Ferris Bueller says, "" If you have the means, I highly recommend it"".

Love it, gravel, dirt, & roads

Put 600 miles on it. Took some getting used to with the tap shifters on cold nights with numb fingers. Outside if that she is a champ. Had it in mud and it kept going, out 32 tires on it. Super smooth over bumps and responsive as can be. No regrets

Specialize has separated itself from the other manufacturers

I am an older amateur that races in bike races, group rides and by myself. I have been riding the 2015 S-Works Roubix. After much research I chose the Ruobix Pro 2020 61cm that has significantly been upgraded from 2018, 19. Upgrades include all new carbon frame, new adjustable front suspension, New seat post, New SRAM ADS with much higher range 46/33 and 10/33, new integrated Garmin / go pro light mount, new chain design, thru axel fixed and disc brakes. Added the ADS power meter for $500 (used to be $1200 plus) After having it fitted I am now starting to get comfortable. My first thoughts: The suspension has really helped my arthritic wrists and provides confidence on down hill bumpy roads, brakes are great, ADS paddle shift is very nice when on the bars, 46 x (10-33) offers huge range, new clutch to minimize chain movement. You can ride it all day and feel great. Reports show the Roubix frame is rated faster than the the Tarmack and Venge. I did consider the S-Works version, but based on my size, weight it was more maintenance. The newer design is simpler and less expensive to manufacture.

Exceeds my expectations - what a bike!

I was riding a Specialized Sirrus Carbon Expert (fitness bike) and decided it was time to up my game. The bike shop had the 2019 Roubaix Comp Ultrega Di2 on sale for Memorial Day that was my target bike to buy. I took it out for a ride and it was nice, but didn't blow me away. Then I saw this 2020 Pro ETAP in the corner and took that out. It DID blow me away.! What a difference. Oh my, on the price, too. Came back the next day and bought it. I've never had a bike this fast - and this comfortable. I'm really stunned by how capable it is..... and it gets lots of compliments, too. Well Done, Specialized.
