Our professional technician will ensure it fits you right, then we'll get your bike registered, go over basic maintenance and have you take your new bike for its first ride.

Specialized Delivery: 3 - 5 Days
• In-person handover by our expert technicians • Your bike delivered fully built and set-up by our in-house mechanics • A delivery day and time slot suits you, pre-arranged with our team
Ship To Home: 5 - 7 Days
• Your order delivered to your door via our delivery partner • Bikes delivered boxed and 99% built and set-up by our in-house mechanics • A bike delivery day that suits you, pre-arranged with our team
Pick Up In Store: 7 - 10 Days
• Your order delivered to your Specialized local retailer • Bike assembly is taken care of by the retailer • The retailer notifies you when ready for collection
How does Specialized Delivery work? Below are the steps to take to experience our most premium and personal delivery offering.
Browse our collection of bikes on Specialized.com, from City E-bikes to road race machines we'll have exactly what you're looking for. Then select Specialized Delivery during checkout and the process will begin. Note: Specialized Delivery is not available on bikes under £1,000.
A member of our Rider Care team will get in touch and work with you to find a delivery date and time that works with your schedule.
We're able to deliver your bike from 3 days, so if you're in a hurry, this is the choice for you.
One of our dedicated in-house mechanics will get your bike fully built before it's delivered to you. So when we deliver your bike, there's no messing around with anything.
When our technician arrives, they'll work with you to make sure the bike is set up to your preferences, making any adjustments to the bike that you need.
If you're ordering on of our Turbo range of eBikes, we'll ensure you're also setup on the Mission Control app and your settings are adjusted just the way you like them.
Once the bike is adjusted to fit you perfectly, we'll get you out for a little test ride. We'll make any tweaks or adjustments you request. Once you're happy with everything, we'll get your bike registered and leave you to enjoy your new bike.
