Best value bike upgrade available

I've put something like 1,500 miles on a set of these, including probably 100+ miles on gravel ranging from ""smooth dirt roads"" to ""this is probably a bad idea"". Not that I expected these to be the toughest tires, but for whatever reason, I haven't ever had a puncture with these (I rarely do on any tire though). The lab tests say they are fast, but I can also feel it. I swapped to these from some Conti 4000s (which I still use in the winter) for race season last year and now they are my go-to summer tires. I also swapped to latex tubes. $80 per tire feels really expensive, but I can't think of anything I've done to my bike, let alone for a net cost difference of maybe $75 above and beyond ""average"" tires and tubes, that has made it feel so much more comfortable and fast than these tires with latex tubes (also, I run latex tubes year-round now so I have a point of reference with other tires and latex tubes). FWIW, ~160lb rider+bike, 26c tires, I run 80-90 psi front and 90-100 psi rear pressures depending on the roads I'll be riding. Have gone a little lower (and could probably go lower still) but never feel like I need to.

Won't ride anything else

I've put over 5,000 miles on these tires (not just one set) and don't get flats any more frequently than I have had with other tires. I can't say enough great things about them. The grip on corners is amazing, particularly at high speeds. Rolling resistance feels really low - read this as they are fast. I run the 700x26 at 80psi and have no issues. They feel really comfortable and rock stable. Treadlife is reduced compared to heavier tires but I'll gladly take that in exchange for the smiles I get while riding. I recommend this tire to everyone who asks. My logic, why spend a bit less to get less enjoyment?

Great Race Tyre

Vittoria Corsa used to be my favorite summer time race tyre, but not anymore. These make your bike feel super fast and make you want to send it around every corner. They are not the most puncture resistance so be careful where you ride them. But when speed and traction are paramount look no further.

What an amazing tire!!!

I have only been riding mega miles for two years but have tried several different high end tires. Everyone said to buy other brands and did but then I tried the 28cc and will never go back. These turbo cottons are scary fast with the best road comfort ever. All I want to do is ride even more!!! WOW

Road tires don't roll any smoother...

This tire can transform a Tarmac into a Roubaix and a Schwinn World Sport into a Tarmac! Carbon everything can't even reproduce the feel that these tires bring to the road! Take my wallet and give lifetime supply ;)
