Arrived with defective battery, chipped paint, and stripped scre

I bought the globe haul lt as a way to use my car less. I am leaving on a trip soon and was excited that the bike would arrive on time. As the title says the quality of the product I received is very low. When I saw the chipped paint I was disappointed, but I decided it was something I could live with. Then I went to turn it on after finishing the setup and it came on with an error code. I too out the battery and I saw bent pins and a smashed connector. I tried straightening the pins, but it looks like the connector is too damaged.
