Specialized Spring Sale Spend and Save Offer Terms and Conditions

Offer Overview:

This Spend and Save Offer ("Offer") is exclusively available for the Specialized Spring Sale, and it applies only to specific bicycle models included in this sale ("Qualifying Bikes"). Customers who purchase a Qualifying Bike with a retail price above $1000 ("Qualifying Purchase") during the Specialized Spring Sale will qualify for an Equipment Voucher ("Voucher"). The Voucher can be used for the purchase of Specialized equipment at the time of the Qualifying Purchase. The value of the Voucher depends on the total retail price of the Qualifying Purchase:

- For a Qualifying Purchase above $1000, the Voucher value is $100 RRP.

- For a Qualifying Purchase above $3,000, the Voucher value is $150 RRP.

- For a Qualifying Purchase above $8,000, the Voucher value is $200 RRP.

 

Offer Period:

This Offer is exclusively valid during the Specialized Spring Sale, which runs from September 1st, 2023, to October 31st, 2023 ("Offer Period").

 

Participating Retailers:

This Offer is only available at participating retailers during the Specialized Spring Sale. Customers should confirm the retailer's participation before making a Qualifying Purchase.

 

In-Store Redemption:

Vouchers obtained through in-store purchases of Qualifying Bikes must be redeemed at the same time as the Qualifying Purchase and can only be used for the purchase of Specialized equipment during the Offer Period.

 

Online Redemption:

Vouchers redeemed via online purchase of Qualifying Bikes for either "Pick Up In-Store" or "Ship to Home" orders will be delivered via email within 72 hours (3 business days) of the Qualifying Purchase. These Vouchers can only be redeemed on specialized.com and must be used before November 14th, 2023. Online sale Vouchers cannot be used for in-store purchases.

 

General Terms and Conditions: 

1. The Offer is subject to availability and is valid only while stocks last.
2. This Offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3. Vouchers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or refunded.
4. The Voucher value is based on the total retail price of the Qualifying Purchase before any applicable taxes or fees.
5. Specialized reserves the right to modify or terminate this Offer at any time without notice.
6. Specialized is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused Vouchers.
7. Specialized equipment purchased using the Voucher is subject to the warranty and return policies of Specialized.
8. Any fraudulent activity, misuse, or violation of these terms and conditions may result in the disqualification of the Offer.
9. By participating in this Offer, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
10. Voucher is only valid for Specialized equipment and excludes all bikes and framesets.
11. Equipment Voucher is a one-time use only and cannot be split across multiple transactions.
