Does not prevent water and grime on your back.

The rear fender does not go down far enough to prevent your back and hair from getting wet and sandy when streets are wet. Front fender works as it should. They look good, another few inches in back and it would be 5 stars. I bought to keep sand and water off me.

Follow Instructions/ Great fit.

I've bought two sets of these fenders for two different Rolls. both times I had no issues whatsoever installing them. but you have to absolutely follow the directions if yours did not come with the directions take it back to your lbs and get instructions. once installed you have to adjust if it's slightly with several of the screws you do have to put a small hole in the rear fender to put a screw that comes with the fender into a hole on the back of the frame center point. it's fairly easy if you take your time and pay attention and have the right instructions and the little bag that comes with it with the screws and other bits. it fits well covers the tire well and keeps the water and mud off of me I think it's a good product. if you don't have the mechanical skills to do this or want to take the time to be able to kind of play with a little bit to get it to fit properly then take it to your local bike shop and have them do. my opinion is the negative reviews or people who threw their instructions away or didn't get in truck terms and fail to ask for them at their local bike shop and also have very little mechanical skills. I think it's a good product it was worth the fifty bucks does exactly what it's supposed to do.

Missing hardware and directions.....got'em installed

Just as everyone has posted no directions and missing hardware. My husband figured it out and they were installed in about 20 minutes, good thing my water bottle had extra screws otherwise i'd been screwed and ticked off.

Frusturating

I ordered two of these for mine and my husband. My husband has disc brakes and his fit was off. We had to bend the metal bars to make it fit for his, which could have been bent in packing or shipping. Both of ours was missing one screw each and there was no instructions. It took me a minute but those tiny screws are for the back and screw into the frame. Husband complained that they were flimsy plastic fenders. Bike looks much better with fenders. I'm happy but would be happier with the proper amount of hardware and instructions.

No Instructions?

I paid $4000 for a Como Electric for my wife and it had no fenders. I also bought a Vado 5.0 for myself. So I've spent $10,000 on two bikes. The software that is advertised to come with the display screens is incomplete. The advanced features have been ""in process"" for over a year. Come on Specialized, you're better than that. Then I bought fenders. Not only are there no instructions, it seems like there are extra parts in my kit. What kind of company are you? Great technology but no instructions with a set of fenders? And what's up with the software upgrades that should be done and on my bikes when purchased? Please respond. I cannot recommend these bikes until you improve customer service and follow through on your advertised features.

This product really sucks!

Just barely fits on bike, almost like it wasn't tested after production. We had to bend the arms to fit properly after trying to mix all the parts first, everything was to short and rubbed. No instructions, had to look at Roll Sport EQ for guidance and still didn't fit as should. The Fenders are almost as wide as the tires, so that should certainly catch all the crud coming off. Did not come with enough screws in set, missing the bottom bolt of back fender to mount to frame.

Really? No instructions and not intuitive.

Read the other reviews. We all have the same comments. I'm on-line right now trying to figure out how to mount these things. I can guess, but buying Specialized fenders for my Specialized bike should be a no-brainer. Would I recommend them? Not sure. If you're mechanical and don't mind the challenge, sure. If not, now way.

C'MON SPECIALIZED

I have a Roll City - comes with fenders. My wife wanted fenders on her Roll Roast. I could see that it wasn't a 5 min. job, but this was ridiculous. Harder than putting front / rear bumpers on my Polaris RZR. No directions, no hardware for the threaded braze-ons, had to drill a hole in rear fender. Thank goodness I had one with fenders I could look at! I wouldn't recommend the product, but there isn't another product with the same fit.

Have to agree, instructions would be fantastic

Apparently there are some parts the bike shop needs to install for the rear fender to use the Plug and Play aspect. I figured that out via youtube. But there aren't any instructions anywhere on how to install these. I've got one huge long bolt, some bolts to mount the fender stays to the fenders and a couple of other fiddly bits. Fenders are usually easy to install. Just a weird setup on these. So far disappointed. Can't recommend at this time. Don't really want to go back to the LBS where I bought them and pay to get them installed. I bought three sets of these Fenders. May end up returning.
