Torch 3.0 Road Shoes

Delivery Icon

We deliver! Just say when and how.

From the outset of the Torch 3.0 Road shoe design process, our goal was to create a performance offering as feature-packed as any top-end shoe. The challenge, however, was pulling this off at a palatable price.

In order to achieve this, we utilized three strategically placed materials on the uppers that are welded together—TPU and mesh in the front and synthetic leather in the rear. This makes for a more comfortable and supportive front of the shoe. A stiff rear and heel cup, meanwhile, lock down your heel and keep all of your watts going into the pedals as efficiently as possible. This refined upper is combined with our legendary FACT carbon fibre sole to further ensure an efficient power transfer. Finally, we topped the Torch 3.0 off with two Boa® S2-SV Snap dials for zonal closure, and a precise fit that leads to all-day comfort.

Best fit for my foot.

This is my goto shoe fit-wise. But yes, the dial grips on these are pretty difficult to get a good hold of.

Good shoe, depending upon how long you expect it to last.

I've had these shoes now for two years (about 7k miles). The material on the top of the heel is starting to shred. Probably from my heel rubbing too hard on entry. Also, the coating on one of the BOA laces has come off a small segment. It seems fine as the core is fully intact. Also, one BOA tends to loosen on its own now under high pressure (I'm not a sprinter, so it isn't that big of a deal). Perhaps they just aren't meant to last that long? Aside from that, the sole is very stiff and they feel great. Although not as great as I had hoped, being a victim of occasional hotfoot. I thought the design and science behind them would make a huge difference over my previous shoes (Giro).

Love them

Really good. love them. Cable ties are a bit tight to get on but are comfortable once wearing them.
