If you’ve completed your degree or you have significant retail experience and are eager grow your skills both on and off the bike, consider applying for the Leadership Development Program.
We think the best talent is the talent you grow yourself, that’s why Specialized created the Specialized Leadership Development Program. Designed to offer talented undergraduates and recent MBAs an opportunity to build a career with Specialized, the LDP will expose you to the critical aspects of the business. You will be mentored by leaders within the company and receive hands-on training where you will learn about Specialized from the ground up.
Whether you have a background in business and finance, engineering and design, or the liberal arts, all LDP participants will start the rotation getting to know the rider and how we support the rider and retailer. Over the course of 12-18 months, you will collaborate globally and work on projects that have dramatic, measurable impact on the company. The LDP will give you an opportunity to dive deep into projects that drive our success and may even take you to one of our offices around the globe to work with Specialized colleagues in Asia, Latin America, or Europe. It’s our goal to develop the next generation of leaders at Specialized through the LDP.
This year, we will offer 2 LDP positions. Placements will be dependent upon department need and availability. If you have a deep passion for cycling, we want to hear from you! The strongest candidates will have prior retail experience.
